Description
Dimar's Planer Knives are made and handcrafted in Germany. Each knife is handcrafted to create a razor-sharp edge, providing the smoothest cut. The consistent hardness and high concentrations of Tungsten, Molybdenum and Vanadium content of the M2 steel gives an excellent edge and allows for easy grinding. In order to ensure a high tool life, our knives are hardened and tempered in modern vacuum ovens.
- This planer knife is suitable for hard & softwoods such as Cedar, Douglas fir, Pine, Poplar, and Spruce.
- Produces the finest finish in short to medium runs.
- All Dimar HSS knives offer excellent wear resistance.
- Works on most Moulder Machines.
